APPLICATIONS

Cat5E Armored Data Cable supports network protocols such as Gigabit Ethernet and is suitable for voice and data transmission below 100MHz. Featuring tin-plated copper braided armor , it provides excellent mechanical protection while maintaining cable flexibility. With a flame-retardant and mud-resistant outer sheath, it is suitable for harsh environments.

CONSTRUCTION

Conductors : 24AWG solid bare copper.

Insulation : HDPE.

Twinning : Two coloured insulated conductors twisted together to form a pair.

Bedding : Flame retardant, low smoke and halogen-free polyolefin, coloured black.

Armour : 0.2/0.3mm tinned copper wire braid.

Outer Sheath : Low smoke and halogen-free polyolefin.

OPTIONAL

Cat5E F/UTP : These cables have collective shielding of aluminium/Polyester tape with drain wire.

Cat5E SF/UTP: These cables have double collective shieldings of aluminium/Polyester tape & tinned copper wire braid with drain wire.
