application

This product is a high-performance composite cable specifically designed for rail transit and demanding industrial environments. It integrates coaxial, shielded twisted pair, and single-core cables into one unified structure, meeting complex signal and power transmission requirements. The cable utilizes halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant materials (LSFROH sheath) and complies with rail transit fire safety standards such as EN 45545, DIN 5510-2, and BS 6853. It features low toxicity, low corrosivity, and excellent flame-retardant properties, ensuring safety and reliability in the event of a fire.

The cable structure includes 3 coaxial units (75Ω), 4 pairs of shielded twisted pairs (100Ω ±15Ω), and a combination of 1-core and 5-core single wires. All conductors are made of tinned copper strands, with insulation layers consisting of foamed PE with skin or high-density PE. It incorporates multiple shielding designs, such as aluminum foil mylar tape shielding and an overall tinned copper braided shield, effectively resisting electromagnetic interference. The overall outer sheath is flexible and wear-resistant, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +80°C and a minimum bending radius of 3 times the outer diameter. It is suitable for stable connections within train compartments, including control systems, broadcast communications, sensor networks, and onboard electronic equipment.

This cable is widely applicable for internal wiring in rail vehicles such as locomotives, subways, and trams, as well as in industrial automation, stage audio, and broadcast systems requiring high shielding and fire resistance. Its compact structure and reliable performance help customers enhance system anti-interference capabilities and meet stringent international safety certification requirements.
